These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 55php ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 55php website and its associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and promotional programs.

By accessing the 55php platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 55php reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

To access real-money gaming features on 55php, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 55php account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If 55php identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited without prior notice.

All financial transactions on 55php are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). 55php supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 55php account upon confirmation from the payment provider. 55php is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 55php aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending KYC verification requirements. 55php reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification of account identity, source of funds, or compliance with applicable regulations.

Inactive Account Fees: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 55php reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts, as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

55php offers various bonuses and promotional programs to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your 55php account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• 55php reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of promotional terms.

All games available on the 55php platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, financial transactions, and conduct.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, 55php reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. 55php's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the refund of the affected wager will be provided.

Bet Cancellation: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 55php system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming any wager.

Sports Betting: For sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events available on 55php, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of postponement, cancellation, or abandonment of an event, 55php's sports betting rules — published separately on the platform — shall govern settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55php platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games and poker variants.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 55php immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 55php.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the 55php platform, its servers, or its other users.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55php platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 55php platform without prior written consent from 55php.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55php, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

55php's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55php account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. Where account closure is initiated by 55php for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, withdrawal from a market), any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your 55php account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure, including any pending wagering requirements on claimed bonuses.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

55php operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection law.
